Nevertheless, the eight-part show, that arrives at a semi-surprise fall on Netflix Friday after debuting on the U.K.'s Channel 4, is a sudden tour de force, mashing up the pitch-black comedy of British choice comedies together with all the visual punch of an auteur-driven indie movie.
